- You should not be an employee of a public or private broadcaster

- It must not be a broadcaster
- It should not be a subsidiary of a broadcaster

To help the movie industry get back on its feet after the devastating effects of Coronavirus; the Victorian government recently announced a $33.8 million program to give a big boost to activities, initiatives, talent development, and content creation in the movie industry in the state.
